We are hiring a Web Designer & Frontend Developer who understands both creative layout design and technical optimization — someone who can refine existing websites without compromising on design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, creative, and responsive website layouts as per brand guidelines.
• Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Build robust backend logic using Core PHP and frameworks like Laravel / CodeIgniter.
• Create and maintain MySQL databases, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web interfaces.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful services.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and perform regular maintenance.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and mobile-optimized.
• Keep up with latest design trends, UI/UX improvements, and web standards.
• Collaborate with the team on project planning, timelines, and feature improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Core PHP and at least one PHP framework (Laravel / CodeIgniter preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
• Good understanding of JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with MySQL (database design, joins, queries, optimization).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, RESTful architecture.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React / Vue.js) will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Additional skills preferred: WordPress design and integration

Good to Have:

• Experience using browser developer tools (Inspect Element, Console Debugging).
• Basic understanding of Git version control.
• Familiarity with page speed optimization tools (Lighthouse, GTmetrix).
• Knowledge of cross-browser testing and W3C validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in developing custom CMS or web portals.
• Understanding of SEO best practices in web development.
