Full Stack Developer (MERN + SQL | Deployment, DNS & Hosting Expert)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end web development, deployment, infrastructure management, and email communication systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies, databases, hosting/server environments, DNS configurations, and email marketing tools.

This role requires strong ownership, technical depth, and the ability to manage live production systems with a security-first mindset.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWeb DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs
• Implement responsive, performance-optimized user interfaces
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Database ManagementDesign, manage, and optimize SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Work with MongoDB for NoSQL data storage
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Deployment & InfrastructureManage the complete deployment lifecycle including build, release, rollback, and monitoring
• Handle hosting and server environments such as Hostinger, cPanel, VPS, and shared hosting
• Monitor application performance, uptime, and security
• Implement caching, compression, and optimization strategies
• Domain, DNS & SecurityConfigure and manage:
• Domains and nameservers
• DNS records (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT)
• SSL certificates and HTTPS enforcement
• Subdomains, redirects, and domain routing
• Set up and manage email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Troubleshoot DNS, hosting, and server-related issues
• Email & Marketing SystemsSet up and manage email infrastructure with a focus on deliverability
• Configure transactional and marketing emails
• Work with Mailmodo for email campaigns and automation
• Design and manage:
• Email journeys and automation flows
• Campaigns and broadcasts
• Forms and landing pages (if applicable)
• Optimize inbox placement and track performance metrics
• Required Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Frontend: React.js, responsive UI development
