Job Title: Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Aura, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Develop high-quality, scalable code using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features or custom development as needed.
• Apply design and coding best practices to ensure maintainability, performance, and security.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
• Proficient in LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist).
