General Manager Sales & Marketing

We are a growing real estate company dealing in fractional real estate projects and premium Dubai properties. To expand our sales, we work with channel partners who promote and sell our projects.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Onboarding and managing channel partners to drive sales effectively.
• Generating and distributing leads to channel partners to help them achieve targets.
• Monitoring sales performance of partners and ensuring targets are met.
• Training and motivating partners to maximize conversion and revenue.

We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can bridge the gap between our company and channel partners, ensuring consistent growth and high sales performance.
