Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create, verify, and manage business listings on Google Business Profile.
2. Optimize Google Business Profile with accurate business information including name, address, phone number, categories, and business description.
3. Perform keyword research and implement local SEO strategies to improve Google Maps rankings.
4. Regularly update the profile with posts, offers, events, photos, and business updates.
5. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries in a professional manner.
6. Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across local directories and citations.
7. Analyze profile performance using Google Business Profile Insights and prepare reports.
8. Conduct competitor analysis to improve local search visibility.
9. Identify and report spam or duplicate listings affecting business rankings.
10. Work closely with the digital marketing team to improve overall local SEO performance.
