Agnim Engineerz Pvt Ltd invites fresh engineering graduates to begin their professional journey as

Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in the Fire Safety & Protection Systems industry.

This role is designed as a structured learning program where young engineers receive training across

multiple functions of the company, helping them understand both the technical and business aspects

of the fire safety industry.

Graduate Engineer Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to

engineering, project execution, client coordination, and business operations, building a strong

foundation for a long-term career.

Training & Exposure

Technical & Project Activities

• Fire Hydrant Systems

• Sprinkler Systems

• Fire Alarm & Detection Systems

• Fire Pump Rooms

• Installation, testing & commissioning of fire safety systems

• Project execution and technical coordination

Business & Organizational Activities

• Tendering and proposal preparation

• Basic project planning and coordination

• Client communication and technical discussions

• Vendor coordination and procurement support

• Documentation and compliance processes

• Understanding business development in fire safety projects

This structured training approach ensures that trainees develop a holistic understanding of how

engineering, projects, and business operations work together in the fire safety industry.

Compensation & Career Growth

Duration & Annual CTC

First 6 Months ₹3,00,000 per annum

After 6 Months ₹3,50,000 per annum

After 1 Year ₹4,00,000 per annum
