About the Role

We are looking for an Advanced Web Designer who is highly skilled in UI/UX, Web Layouts, Responsive Design, and Front-End Tools. The candidate should be capable of designing creative and high-performing web pages without the use of basic tools such as Canva or Photoshop. They must have strong design sense, modern UI understanding, and the ability to convert ideas into visually stunning web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.

Create clean and strategic design systems, banners, landing pages & web components.

Work closely with development & marketing teams to deliver high-quality web output.

Conduct research on latest web design trends and implement best UI/UX practices.

Optimize website structure & graphics for speed and performance.

Ensure designs are compatible across all devices and screen sizes.

Convert design ideas into final layouts using advance web-design tools.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory & layout design.

Hands-on expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator (optional).

Ability to design custom graphics manually (no use of Canva or Photoshop).

Strong command in HTML / CSS / Bootstrap / Tailwind.

Basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity mockups.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
