Monk IT Consulting is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, colour, and layout, and be able to create visually appealing creatives for social media, marketing materials, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics, posts, banners, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for social media, ads, and websites.

Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Think creatively to produce fresh and visually appealing ideas.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques.

Handle multiple projects and deliver on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (0-1 year, freshers with strong skills can also apply).

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour sense.

Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 (And after a short performance review period, we will also provide a salary increment.)
