Graphic Designer Intern

Graphic Designer Intern works with the creative, marketing, or design team to assist in producing visual content for digital and print media. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and build a strong portfolio in graphic design.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities1. Visual Content CreationDesign creative graphics for social media posts, banners, ads, posters, brochures, and flyers.

• Create layouts and visual elements for digital campaigns and print materials.
• Produce visual content for websites, presentations, email campaigns, and branding materials.

2. Branding & GuidelinesFollow brand guidelines (colours, logos, fonts) to ensure visual consistency across all materials.

3. Tool Usage & Technical WorkUse graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, etc., to create and export designs.

• Prepare files in correct formats (JPG, PNG, PDF) for print or digital use.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets systematical.

4. Collaboration & FeedbackWork closely with designers, marketing teams, and other departments to understand briefs and project goals.

• Participate in brainstorming and design review sessions.
• Take feedback and revise designs as needed.

5. Creativity & Trend AwarenessResearch and apply current design trends, fonts, colour palettes, and layout styles.

• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, visuals, and design improvements.
• 6. Learning & Professional GrowthLearn new tools and techniques under the mentorship of senior designers.
• Understand workflows from concept to final delivery.

• Skills & Qualifications (Typical for Freshers)Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, colour theory, layout).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong visual communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of academic designs or personal projects (preferred).
