Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Designer to join our sales office team in Noida. The role is centered on creating high-quality social media creatives and videos that support project marketing, brand visibility, and lead generation.

This is a hands-on role, not a coordination position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, reels, banners, and creatives for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube
• Create marketing creatives using Canva (mandatory)
• Design static creatives, brochures, and layouts using CorelDRAW
• Adapt content formats for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign-based content
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per marketing calendars
• Maintain visual quality, alignment, and brand tone across all content

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Canva
• Practical experience with CorelDRAW
• Video editing skills (reels, short videos, basic motion edits)
• Understanding of social media trends and formats
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, or brand marketing is a strong plus
