Job Description
Role: Growth & Community Manager
Location: Sector 76, Noida (Field-based)
Responsibilities:
- Field Marketing: Visit residential societies (Sector 76 & surroundings), meet RWAs, real estate brokers, and residents.
- Customer Acquisition: Generate leads and convert them using visits, referrals, WhatsApp groups.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with society management.
- Reporting: Maintain lead data.
Requirements:
- Strong communication.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Experience in sales/community management is a plus.
