Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly energetic, outgoing, and people-loving individual who becomes the face of the café. As a Guest Relations Executive (GRE), you will stand at the entrance/podium, warmly welcome guests, engage them in conversation, and create an inviting vibe that naturally draws people inside.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStand at the café entrance/podium and warmly welcome every guest with enthusiasm and confidence
• Actively approach walk-in customers and encourage them to step inside the café
• Create a lively, positive, and inviting first impression of the brand
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, remembering faces and preferences
• Engage in friendly conversations to enhance guest experience
• Ensure every guest feels comfortable, valued, and excited about their visit
• Coordinate with internal staff to manage guest flow and seating
• Handle basic guest queries and provide information about menu, offers, and ambiance
• Collect feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Represent the café’s personality and energy at all times

• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus)
