Guest Relationship Executive

Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) / Guest Relationship Manager (GRM) – Part-Time

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM (4 Hours)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, extroverted, and highly talkative individual who can actively engage with walk-in guests and create a welcoming vibe outside and inside the café. The role focuses on attracting potential customers, building instant connections, and enhancing guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and interact with guests near the café in a friendly and confident manner
• Encourage guests to step inside by offering Free Drinks/Food promotions
• Create excitement and curiosity about the café experience
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with guests to drive repeat visits
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and comfortable
• Represent the café’s vibe, energy, and brand personality

Requirements:

• Highly extroverted and confident personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Naturally talkative and persuasive
• Positive attitude with high energy levels
• Ability to engage strangers comfortably and build quick rapport

• Street-smart and socially aware
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and people-oriented
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or promotions is a plus
