Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, as well as managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

*Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and presentation styles

- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff

- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

- Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities

- Collaborate with management on menu planning, budgeting, and cost control

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

*Requirements:*

- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management

- 5+ years of experience as a Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Proven culinary expertise and creativity

- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
