Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mughlai Chef who specialises in authentic non-vegetarian cuisine. The ideal candidate must have "magic in their hands" when it comes to traditional slow-cooked gravies and high-heat tandoor items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mutton Specialist: Must be an expert in preparing Mutton Nihari, Mutton Barra, and juicy Mutton Seekh Kababs.
• Chicken Specialist: Mastery over Chicken Korma, Chicken Nihari, and various Chicken Tikka/Seekh variants.
• Tandoor Expert: High proficiency in all Tandoori items, ensuring meats are succulent and perfectly charred.
• Consistency: Maintain the authentic spice blend and taste profile consistently.
• Hygiene: Ensure the kitchen and meat preparation areas are kept to the highest cleanliness standards.
