Job Description
- Lead and supervise the entire Accounts & Finance team.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, MIS Reports.
- Manage cash flow, fund management, and financial planning.
- Handle statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Finalization of accounts and coordination with statutory auditors.
- Develop internal control systems and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Vendor, client, and bank reconciliations.
- Support management in decision-making with financial insights.
