About the Role

Manage business of the company's products and services in the skilling sector to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of personnel. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from major accounts and develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth 

  • Responsible for end-to-end project execution with collections Joint working with managers to build a revenue pipeline

  • Review progress of sales roles and accurately forecast annual revenue streams.

  • Coordinate company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

  • Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures. Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.

  • Build sales team competency in the areas of new account sales and growth, profitability presentation strategies, competitive strategies, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
