Job Title: Head of Technician – EV (Two-Wheeler)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Technician to lead and manage our technical team for electric two-wheelers. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in EV servicing, team handling capabilities, and a deep understanding of electric vehicle systems. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring service quality, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of 7–8 technicians
• Oversee maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of EV two-wheelers
• Ensure timely service delivery and high-quality workmanship
• Train and mentor technicians to enhance technical skills and efficiency
• Monitor service performance, productivity, and adherence to SOPs
• Coordinate with operations and management for smooth workflow
• Handle escalations and resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Electric Two-Wheeler (EV) industry
• Strong knowledge of EV systems, batteries, controllers, and diagnostics
• Prior experience in team handling (7–8 members) is mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to manage field operations efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in EV / Automobile servicing
• Experience in Electric Two-Wheeler segment is mandatory
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in Automobile or Electrical preferred
