Qualification : 12th Pass /UG /Any Graduate

Work Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM + 5 Day Working ( Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off )

Job Location: Noida, Sector-65. - Nearest Metro Station Sector 62 Noida

Minimum 6 Month to 5 year experience required in Sales or US HEALTHCARE Process

Responsibilities

1-Candidate should have good knowledge of ( CGM )Continuous Glucose Monitor

2-Candidate should have good knowledge of ( DMS ) Durable Medical Equipment

3-Take outbound calls and make sales.

4-Identify the needs of Process try every possible way to make sales.

5-Upsell other products wherever possible.

6-Ensure you follow the script provided by the company for uniformity.

7-Also, be well read on company policies for FAQs or policy related answers.

8-Maintain good atmosphere & follow the rules for better production

9-Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.

10-Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.

11-Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.

12- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

13-Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

14-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
