Hospitality Assistant

Job SummaryThe Hospitality Assistant is responsible for providing efficient pantry and hospitality services to employees, guests, and visitors. The role ensures cleanliness, timely service of refreshments, and overall support to office operations while maintaining high standards of hygiene, courtesy, and professionalism.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
• Manage pantry operations including stocking, storage, and timely replenishment of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry areas, utensils, equipment, and dining spaces.
• Assist during meetings, conferences, and events by arranging refreshments and support services.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the administration team for procurement of pantry items and consumables.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies at all times.
• Support general office hospitality requirements as assigned by management.
