We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and highly motivated Café Manager to lead our café in Noida Sector 143. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and business acumen to ensure the café operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Marketing:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain regulars.

• Implement promotions, loyalty programs, and collaborations to increase sales.

• Actively engage in local marketing efforts, including social media, events, and partnerships.

• Identify opportunities to boost revenue through upselling and innovative offerings.

2. Café Operations & Service Excellence:

• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, hygiene, and overall customer experience.

• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory effectively.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.

• Create a positive and energetic work environment, motivating the team to excel.

• Assign duties, manage staff schedules, and handle any team-related concerns.

4. Customer Engagement & Brand Building:

• Ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere and engage with guests to enhance their experience.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.

• Develop community engagement initiatives to build strong customer relationships.

5. Financial & Performance Management:

• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving revenue targets.
