Job Posting: Housekeeping Executive – Noida

Location:** gurugram (high-rise residential & commercial) 

Experience: 3–5 years in facility management 

Salary:

Roles and responsibilities

- 40–60 housekeeping, janitorial and support staff on multiple high-rise floors 

- Daily deployment, attendance, grooming & motivation—no ghost shifts 

- Audit checklists, SS schedules, stock records; ensure 98 %+ AMC compliance 

- Spot-less lobbies, lifts, gyms, pools, terraces, fire-stairs and garbage rooms 

- Vendor co-ordination for mechanised equipment, chemicals & consumables 

- Resident/tenant complaint closure within 2 hrs via CMMS & WhatsApp groups 

- Night-shift MIS, incident reports, training calendars, statutory records 

- Emergency support during monsoon leaks, DG smoke or lift entrapment 

Must-haves:

- Hindi/English fluency; can read SOPs & safety signs 

- Proficient with scrubbers, vacuum, ride-on machines & green chemicals 

- Basic Excel & app-based attendance; comfortable with Android tabs 

- 12th pass or diploma; BHM/Facility cert adds weight 

- Police-verified, vaccinated, willing to live within 15 km radius
