Housekeeping Staff

1-Clean and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards (beds, bathrooms, furniture, floors)

2-Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities

3-Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and showers

4-Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and glass surfaces

5-Clean public areas such as lobby, corridors, lifts, staircases, and restrooms.

6-Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, or damaged property immediately

7-Follow daily room cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions

8-Use cleaning chemicals, machines, and equipment safely

9-Follow hotel policies, safety rules, and hygiene standards

10-Provide courteous and professional behavior towards guests Key Responsibilities
