Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
- Assign duties and inspect work to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking when needed
- Inspect rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas regularly
- Handle guest/resident complaints related to housekeeping
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed
- Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and upkeep
- Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters
