Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR/Admin/Purchase Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR functions, administrative duties, and purchase activities. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
- Maintain attendance sheet of employees, including tracking overtime, leaves, and absences.
- Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and overtime data.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and inventory; ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Purchase Activities:
- Source and negotiate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or purchase roles preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
