Job PurposeThe HR Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and administrative operations of TripLodge Universe Pvt. Ltd. The role ensures effective workforce management, policy compliance, smooth office administration, employee engagement, and organizational discipline, supporting business growth and operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Human Resource ManagementPlan and execute recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, incentives, and appraisals
  • 2. Administration & Office ManagementOversee daily administrative operations and office discipline
  • Manage vendor coordination, office assets, utilities, and facilities
  • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and statutory registers
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external agencies when required
  • 3. Compliance & Legal CoordinationEnsure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies
  • Coordinate statutory requirements such as contracts, HR audits, and filings
  • Assist management in drafting HR-related notices, circulars, and communications
  • 4. Performance & ReportingDesign and monitor employee KPIs and productivity metrics
  • Prepare MIS reports (HR performance, attrition, attendance, compliance)
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational structuring
  • 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and skill gaps across departments
  • Organize employee training, orientation, and development programs
  • Promote a professional, ethical, and performance-driven work culture
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management
  • MBA / PG Diploma in HR or Administration (Preferred)
  • ExperienceMinimum 4–8 years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, OTA, or Service Industry preferred
  • Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, documentation, and reporting tools
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Employee retention and satisfaction
