HR & Business Development Manager

The HR & Business Development Manager will play a dual strategic role in managing the company’s workforce and driving business growth for Macrosense Construction Pvt. Ltd. The position is responsible for recruiting skilled manpower, maintaining labour and staff availability across construction sites, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, labour laws, safety standards, and payroll coordination. The role includes implementing efficient onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, conducting training programs, and fostering a professional and disciplined work culture.

On the business development side, the manager will identify new project opportunities, build relationships with brokers, architects, developers, and potential clients, and support end-to-end lead management. Responsibilities include generating enquiries, presenting company capabilities, coordinating site visits, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to convert leads into confirmed construction or interior projects. The role also requires maintaining a CRM system, monitoring market trends, and assisting the management in expansion strategies.

This position demands strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills with an understanding of both manpower dynamics and construction industry operations. The manager will directly support the Directors in building a reliable workforce and expanding the company’s market presence, contributing to operational efficiency and business growth.
