Job Title: HR Recruiter

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Fixed off on Sunday; 6-day work week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a female HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience specifically in a consultancy setup. The role involves end-to-end recruitment processes, managing candidate pipelines, client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.

- Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth candidate communication.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

- Support HR operations and contribute to process improvements.

- Meet recruitment targets and timelines efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 1 year of experience in recruitment within a consultancy.

- Female candidates only.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR software (basic knowledge of Excel, email, and online job portals).

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
