Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:Udyama POS is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Post job openings on portals, social media, and other platforms
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
• Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment portals
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
