We are looking for a HR Executive who can efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates and supporting hiring for organizations. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience of handling end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-

•  Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including posting job ads on job boards, social media, and databases.

•  Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), and administer aptitude or skills tests.

•  Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, negotiate offers, and track metrics like time-to-hire.

•  Build candidate relationships, maintain databases, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

•  Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or IT sales environments.

•  Proficiency in ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Apna, Naukri.com), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Essential Skills

•  Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

•  Knowledge of recruitment metrics, employment laws, and industry trends.

•  Certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
