HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, hiring)
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate database
• HR OperationsMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience)
• Manage payroll coordination and statutory compliances
• Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee queries
• Handle grievances and resolve workplace issues
• Promote positive work culture and employee engagement
