Job Summary
We're looking for an HR Executive to support HR functions, manage employee relations, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee queries and grievances.
Support training, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in HR or related field.
