Faithful Finance Services is looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and support employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
• Address employee queries and support HR policies
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with company rules and HR procedures

Skill Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
