Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Employee engagement and grievance handling

• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave data

• Coordinate payroll inputs and HR documentation

• Support performance appraisal and compliance activities

• Act as a bridge between management and employees

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Knowledge of HR processes and basic labour laws

• Proficient in MS Excel and HR tools
