Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee performance monitoring, attendance tracking, and daily administrative HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with company policies, and support overall organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & HiringManage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).Coordinate interviews with department heads.Conduct reference checks and background verification.Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.Facilitate new employee onboarding and induction programs.Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.


2. Performance Monitoring & ManagementSupport implementation of performance appraisal systems.Track employee KPIs and performance metrics.Coordinate quarterly/annual performance review cycles.Maintain performance records and documentation.Assist managers in performance improvement plans (PIP).Provide HR insights based on performance data.


3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor daily employee attendance and time records.Maintain leave records (casual leave, sick leave, annual leave, etc.).Address attendance discrepancies and late reporting issues.Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.Ensure compliance with company attendance policies.


4. Day-to-Day HR & Administrative OperationsMaintain employee records and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.Support payroll processing with accurate HR data.Manage office administration tasks (vendor coordination, office supplies, facility management support).Assist in policy development and HR process improvements.


Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in HR operations.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.Familiarity with HR software and attendance management systems.Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Preferred QualificationsHR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus.Experience in performance management systems.
