We Need Hr Executive for our organisation who can handle bellow parts :-

Identify hiring needs with department heads

Prepare job descriptions and post openings

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates

Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes

Record attendance, task completion, and productivity levels

Track daily performance and progress of newly hired employees

Generate reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review

Analyze data to identify gaps and improvement areas
