Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR activities. The ideal candidate will have experience handling recruitment and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, and labor welfare schemes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
