Location: Palam New Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 years of experience in Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an in-depth understanding of HR practices, and the ability to contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions and promote open communication channels.
  1. HR Operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
  • Assist in the payroll process by ensuring accurate data submission.
  • Manage leave records, attendance, and other operational activities.
  1. Policy Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Draft and update HR policies as needed and communicate them effectively to employees.
  • Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal process.
  • Work closely with managers to identify employee training and development needs.
  • Monitor employee performance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and HR software/tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
