Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 years of experience in Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an in-depth understanding of HR practices, and the ability to contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Facilitate regular feedback sessions and promote open communication channels.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
- Assist in the payroll process by ensuring accurate data submission.
- Manage leave records, attendance, and other operational activities.
- Policy Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Draft and update HR policies as needed and communicate them effectively to employees.
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal process.
- Work closely with managers to identify employee training and development needs.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and HR software/tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
