We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Sales and IT recruitment. The role involves end-to-end hiring, onboarding, HR operations, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Sales and IT roles
• Sourcing via job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
• Screening resumes and conducting HR interviews
• Issuing offer letters and managing joining formalities
• Employee onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation
• Coordination with departments for manpower planning
• Handling employee queries and basic HR operations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of HR experience
• Mandatory experience in Sales & IT hiring
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office / HR tools

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
