HR Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, performance management, and workforce coordination while ensuring compliance and strong employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Coordinate recruitment activities, job postings, and candidate screening

✔️ Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

✔️ Drive Performance Management System (PMS) and appraisals

✔️ Handle employee policy communication, engagement, and grievance resolution

✔️ Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus)

✔️ Monitor attendance, manage payroll distribution & salary slips

✔️ Process employee exit formalities and documentation

✔️ Coordinate workforce planning and daily HR operations
