ob Title: HR Intern – Recruitment & Team Management Department: Human Resources (HR) Internship Duration: 2 Months (Extendable based on performance) Job Summary SRBS Bhartiya Airways Service Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and responsible HR Intern to support the HR department in end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, team onboarding, training, and employee retention activities. This role offers practical exposure to real-time HR operations within the aviation services sector. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Interview Management  Sourcing and screening candidates for aviation and corporate roles  Scheduling and coordinating interviews  Conducting initial HR interviews and maintaining interview records  Updating candidate databases and hiring reports On boarding & Training  Managing on boarding formalities and documentation  Conducting induction and orientation sessions  Coordinating team training programs  Ensuring smooth joining and integration of new employees Team Handling & Coordination  Supporting team leaders in day-to-day HR operations  Maintaining attendance, employee records, and HR data  Acting as a communication bridge between management and team members Employee Engagement & Retention  Assisting in employee retention and engagement initiatives  Handling basic employee queries and concerns  Supporting performance tracking and feedback processes  Helping maintain a positive and professional work environment HR Operations & Administration  Preparing HR documentation and reports  Supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance  Assisting with general HR administrative tasks Eligibility & Required Skills  Pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / Graduation (HR preferred)  Strong communication skills in English and Hindi  Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes  Ability to handle teams and coordinate effectively  Good organizational and multitasking skills Preferred Attributes  Professional attitude with leadership qualities  Problem-solving and people management skills  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain Internship to Employment Opportunity Candidates who successfully complete the 2-month internship and demonstrate strong performance, discipline, and commitment will be considered for conversion into full-time employment opportunities with SRBS Bhartiya Airways Service Pvt.
