Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR operations
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
