- Role Description-

Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-

1. View, update, and maintain employee records in HR systems.

2. Participate in employee counselling sessions under the guidance of senior HR members.

3. Learn, facilitate, and conduct new hire induction programs.

4. Learn and conduct fun and engagement activities for employees at the site level.

5. Assist the HR team with routine administrative and coordination tasks.
