HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding activities for new employees
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
• Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with different teams for HR-related requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Dedicated, proactive, and willing to learn new HR skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
