HR Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, coordination, and employee management activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-growing edtech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Handle candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR systems
• Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
