Job Summary:-We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern (Recruiter) to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, gain hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates, and learn practical hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and follow-ups

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals

Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities

Help improve employer branding initiatives and recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:-

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:-(Good to Have)

Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

Understanding of different hiring techniques and interview methods

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative
