🔹 Position Overview -

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and experienced HR cum Admin professional to manage the entire HR and administrative functions of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee management, policy creation, back-office operations, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across all departments.

This role is critical in shaping the company’s culture, improving employee experience, and maintaining operational efficiency.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Manage HR policies, payroll, and employee records
  • Oversee back-office operations and office administration
  • Coordinate vendor management, facility, and compliance work
  • Support management in employee engagement and company operations


🔹 Skills & Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in the financial services or BFSI sector.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and office operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ERP tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information with integrity.
