HR Manager

HR Manager is responsible for managing human resources functions within a real estate organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and hire talent for various roles in real estate operations, sales, marketing, property management, etc.

2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and promote a healthy work culture.

3. Policy Development & Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies relevant to real estate business operations.

4. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize programs for employee growth in areas like sales, customer service, property management.

5. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.

6. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws (like Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI in India).

7. Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, benefits, incentives relevant to real estate industry roles.

8. Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives to boost morale and engagement in the real estate context.
