Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions including hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. This role will also support HR operations across multiple group companies.
- Talent Acquisition & Hunting Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, credit, operations, and support roles
- Actively source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and field hiring
- Build strong hiring pipelines for business expansion
- Coordinate with leadership for manpower planning across group companies
- Joining & Onboarding Manage complete joining formalities and documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Conduct induction and company orientation
- HR Operations (Multi-Company Exposure)Manage complete employee lifecycle (hire to exit)
- Maintain employee database, attendance, and leave records
- Handle HR operations not only for Capsafe but also for group companies in Tech and Manufacturing
- Standardize HR processes across entities
- Payroll & Compliance Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.) across all entities
- Maintain salary structures, incentives, and payout tracking (especially for sales teams)
- Regulatory & HR Policies: Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies across companies
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Build a positive, performance-driven work culture
- Support performance management and retention strategies
- Key Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist role (startup experience preferred)
- Strong experience in bulk hiring (especially sales teams)
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Ability to manage HR for multiple business verticals (Fintech, Tech, Manufacturing)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Profile: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience in financial services, manufacturing, or startup ecosystem
- Exposure to incentive-driven workforce
