Job Summary

Vaishnavi Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, manage existing client relationships, run payroll across multiple locations, and ensure end-to-end statutory compliance. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Recruitment & Staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in payroll processing and compliances, HR analytics, and internal hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Coordinate with existing clients regarding manpower deployment and HR-related requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide timely resolutions to queries and escalate critical issues when necessary.

2. Payroll Management

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for deployed manpower across multiple sites.
  • Handle salary sheets, attendance reconciliation, deductions, incentives, and F&F settlements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll reports to clients.
  • Maintain employee master data and payroll documentation.

3. Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
  • Generate PF, ESIC challans accurately.
  • Submit the Challans and returns before the due dates.
  • Maintain compliance documents, audit files, and statutory records.

4. Recruitment & Internal Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions and client-specific requirements.
  • Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and onboard selected candidates.
  • Release offer/appointment letters on time.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for urgent and bulk hiring needs.

5. HR Operations

  • Effectively manage HRMS and regular update if any change is required.
  • Maintain the database properly.
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and systems for smooth operations.
  • Handle grievance management, employee engagement, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare HR presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards for senior management.



Skills & Qualifications

  • 7 - 10+ years of experience in Recruitment & Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance.
  • Excellent command of English communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and payroll software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good presentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
